Well I like Fridays, I like the end of week expectation that is brought by thoughts on a Friday afternoon in the office, when I am only hours away from the freedom known as the weekend. I also like food, maybe not feasting (well not on a regular basis anyway) but I love cooking, reading about food, watching people cook on TV and listening to people discuss food on the radio. I adore learning about where my brussel sprout is grown, why cast iron pans are different to pressed steel ones and all the information about ingredients and cooking apparatus that there is in between.
If you think that this blog will be solely about food or thinking about Fridays, well I think you may be mistaken, but that is for me to prove. Stick with me as I introduce the characters in my life and report about what's happening in via the odd culinary detour and weekend excursion.
